Click "Client Login" in the navigation bar and register with your email, name, and phone number. Don't forget to accept our Terms and Conditions.

Check your email for a verification link to activate your account (if email verification is implemented).

Go to the "Profile & Payment" tab in your dashboard to add your phone number and payment details.

Your dashboard is the control center for all your activities with AiDevs. Here's what each tab does:

Working with Services

How to Request a Service
  1. Go to the "Our Services" tab in your dashboard
  2. Browse services by category or use the search function
  3. Click "Pay Now" for immediate payment or "Add to Project" to bundle services
  4. Use the floating "Request Service" button for quick access
  5. Fill out the service request form with your requirements
  6. Submit your request and track it in the "Service Requests" tab

Use the "Add to Project" feature to group related services together and manage them as a single project.

Managing Projects

Creating a Project

Click "Create New Project"

From the "My Projects" tab, click the button to start a new project.

Name Your Project

Give your project a descriptive name that helps you identify it later.

Add Services

Select the services you want to include in your project from our catalog.

Review and Confirm

Check the total amount and details before finalizing your project.

Project Status Meanings
Draft Project created but not yet submitted for processing
Pending Waiting for payment confirmation
Active Payment confirmed, work in progress
Completed All services delivered and project finished
Cancelled Project was cancelled by you or our team

Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, please contact our support team to reset your password. We're working on a self-service password reset feature.

Yes, you can modify projects that are in "Draft" or "Pending" status. Once a project becomes "Active", changes may require contacting support.

We accept major credit cards and will be adding more payment options soon, including EFT for South African customers.

Delivery times vary by service complexity. Simple services may take 1-3 days, while complex projects can take 2-4 weeks. You'll receive timeframe estimates when you request services.
